Wouldn’t it be great to have a nice gym in your own home? You wouldn’t have to deal with the people who don’t wipe down their machines after they’ve sweat all of over them, creepy men staring at you while your trying to work out, or the trouble of driving to and from it. It’s too bad that we all can’t afford thousands of dollars worth of gym equipment.

I decided that in order to get a decent workout from home I would need a few things: a large mat, a pull-up bar, a small set of weights, resistance bands, and a treadmill. With these things, I’m able to get a variety of workouts with minimal equipment. The large mat allows for exercises such as pilates, yoga, ground aerobics, regular aerobics. The power tower pull-up bar allows for extensive arm workouts. The small workout weights help with repetitive reps rather than power reps. Lastly, the treadmill helps keep my stamina in check. It’s always good to know that if you find yourself in a position where you need to gtfo, you can run at the speed of light.

Ultimately, getting fit at home can be fairly simply if you have the right equipment, but more importantly, time.
